TRAVEL INFORMATION

Busan, as the second-largest city in South Korea, can be accessed through various transportation methods.

Gimhae Airport serves as the gateway to Busan, connecting directly with major domestic airports such as Gimpo Airport, with a flight time of approximately one hour, as well as major airports in Asia, including Japan, Vietnam, Singapore, China, and the Philippines. If participants cannot find a direct flight to Gimhae Airport, Busan, they can enter Korea through Incheon International Airport, the main hub airport in South Korea, and take the direct domestic flight there to Gimhae Airport or go to the Gimpo Airport nearby Incheon International Airport to take the flight to Gimhae Airport. In addition, limousine buses ("To Haeundae" route), subway, and taxis are available to travel between Gimhae International Airport and the Venue hotel.

Moreover, after entering Incheon International Airport, participants can also use buses or trains instead of domestic flights. There are various routes and transportation methods available, but the most recommended method is to take bus No. 6770 from Incheon International Airport to Gwangmyeong Station and then take the high-speed train (KTX) to Busan Station, from where they can travel to the Venue by bus, subway, or taxi.

As a major port city, Busan also has direct ferry routes to major ports in Japan, including Fukuoka (http://www.koreaferry.kr/eng/), Shimonoseki (https://www.pukwan.co.kr/?language=en), Hitakatsu, and Osaka. However, after COVID-19, ferry schedules have been subject to change or have taken longer than usual, so interested participants should inquire separately.
