Cancellation and Refunds Policy
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent via email to: awtec.information@gmail.com (*Please refer to the following cut off for cancellation.)
- • Cancellation by July 31, 2024 : 100% refund
- • Cancellation after August 1, 2024 : No refund
- • No cancellation is available for Onsite Registration.
The organizing secretariat will refund your registration fee after the conference.
Refunds will be net of bank transfer costs.
