Poster Presentations

Each poster will be displayed from 12:00 to 16:00 on Oct. 22, 2024. The poster session will be 15:20-16:00 on Oct. 22. Presenters should be present before their posters during the poster sessions and should answer the questions and have discussions with participants.

Guidelines for Poster Presentation

• Poster Title: It should be the same as the submitted abstract.
• Poster Presentation size: 90 cm × 120 cm

• ※ The presenters must register to attend the conference by registering online at AWTEC2024.com. If the presenting author of an abstract
  does not pre-register, the abstract will be may automatically withdrawn in the final version of abstract book.
• ※ If the presenter does not post a poster, it will be deleted as a no-show from the final abstract book.
• ※ If there is no presenter during the poster sessions, it will be excluded from the evaluation of the excellent poster award.
• ※ If you must withdraw an abstract, please notify the AWTEC headoffice and the local session organizer for AWTEC 2024
